Return, Refund, Discount & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective. In that case exchange policy is applicable.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

At NISA The Label, we strive to facilitate convenient returns for our customers. As we currently do not offer pick-up services, returns can only be initiated through Speed Post via India Post. Please note that shipping fees will be covered solely for packages sent through this method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure you notify us within 3 days of receiving your order delivery to rectify the problem. 

Acceptable Finishing Tolerance Policy

All our products undergo quality checks prior to dispatch. Minor variations such as light marks, pressure lines, or finishing impressions on inner or non-visible surfaces that do not affect the product’s functionality, durability, or external appearance when worn are considered acceptable finishing tolerance and are not classified as manufacturing defects.

Such variations are inherent to the manufacturing and handling process and do not qualify for replacement or refund on defect grounds.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted. Please record your unboxing to help us process any issues quickly and fairly.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation policy:

Please note, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. Kindly review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled.

Final Sale Policy

Please note that all purchases are final. Orders that are not accepted or refused upon delivery are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Policy for Out-of-Stock Items in Multi-Product Orders with Offers or Discounts:

If you place an order with multiple products and any item is out of stock, we offer two options:

Partial Refund:

We will refund the amount corresponding to the out-of-stock item after proportionally applying the discount you received on your total order.

The discount percentage is calculated based on the final amount paid compared to the original order value.

Replacement Option:

You can choose any other available item of equal value to the out-of-stock product.

If the chosen replacement is higher in price, the difference will need to be paid.

Example (for clarity) (Considering Buy 2 get 1 free; as valid on belts):

1st belt: ₹600

2nd belt: ₹500

3rd belt: ₹700

Total before discount: ₹1800 + shipping

Offer applied: Lowest-priced belt free (₹500 off)

Total paid: ₹1300 + shipping

Effective discount rate: ₹500 / ₹1800 ≈ 28%

If the ₹600 belt is out of stock:

The refund is calculated by applying the 28% discount to the ₹1300 price:

₹1300 × 28% = ₹364 discount

Refund directly equals 28% of the paid ₹1300 allocated to the out-of-stock item (₹364) 

The exact calculation will match the discount rate used on the entire order, ensuring fairness.

Also as applicable on Buy 4 get 2 free offer that is valid on belts too.

Please note: Any shipping fee paid is excluded from the discount calculation and is non-refundable unless the entire order is canceled.

Replacement Option for Out-of-Stock Item:

Choose another item priced at ₹600 or less at no extra cost. If less, partial balance refund can be provided subject to discount policy.

If the chosen replacement costs more than ₹600, pay the difference, subject to discount policy.

Cancelled Order Refund Process:


If the payment was by UPI, Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund to UPI account, Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking account. Typically refunds are processed in less than 7-21 working days for credit cards and 5-7 working days for UPI or debit card and net banking orders. Please note that we shat not be responsible for any delays in credit to the card holders credit card account as that is managed by the cardholder's issuing bank.

Store Credit Option:

If you prefer, we can issue the refund as store credit instead.

Store credit will be added to your account/wallet with us and can be used for any future purchases.

Store credit is typically processed faster than payment refunds and is available immediately or within 24–48 hours of approval.

Discount Policy:

Offers like “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” or “Buy 4 Get 2 Free” apply only when the qualifying quantity is maintained. (This offer is valid for belts only)

If part of the order is returned, exchanged, or refunded, the discount will be recalculated based on the remaining items, fairly.

Refunds and replacements are processed after adjusting for any discounts received.

No Warranty / No Guarantee on Products:

The seller will not be held responsible for any problems or needed repairs after the sale except when there’s a defective piece sent out which has to be notified to us within 3 days on email or Instagram DM. 

The products lifespan solely depends on customers wear and tear.
